Welcome in the spring sunshine. The Isle of Man bursts into colour in Spring. Golden daffodils, buzzing bees, and bouncing lambs makes this a perfect time to step outside and discover!
Find our guide below for your springtime adventures.
Bluebells of Ballaglass Glen
Every year towards late spring, Ballaglass Glen bursts into life with its beautiful bluebell carpet. With nearby parking and soft trail paths, this walk is suitable for all the family.
Catch a sunrise somewhere epic!
With winter nights drawing to a close, make the most of the later sunrise. Adventure at dawn to the top of a hill or your favourite beach, and marvel in the first golden rays as the sun rises above the horizon.
Spring lambs
Meet the islands' newest residents! You'll often find new lambs frolicking in the fields anytime between December to June. We love visiting Knockaloe Beg Farm in Patrick for their Easter open days and lambing live sessions.
Castle Rushen
Visit a Manx National Heritage site as they reopen for the season. Celebrate as Castle Rushen re-opens on the 1st April. You'll be able to visit the Castle and the other MNH sites.
Explore the Curraghs
Take a walk on the wild side and explore the Curraghs of Ballaugh. The wetlands are home to a rich variety of wildlife and flora. If you're lucky, you might even spot a wallaby!
Port Erin to Port St Mary coastal walk
This walk has it all: cliffs, beaches, wildlife, sea, panoramic views. Enjoyed in either direction, follow the Raad Ny Foillan footpath around the coast and enjoy breathtaking views.
